WHAT IS EFT?
EFT [emotional freedom technique] is a modern complementary therapy, and a very powerful healing technique, with its origins in ancient Chinese Medicine. It was developed by an American Standford Engineer called Gary Craig.
The basic theory behind EFT is “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. [Gary Craig].
The energy system refers to the meridians, which are used in Chinese Acupuncture. However unlike acupuncture, in EFT your fingers are used to adjust the energy by tapping on certain energy points. This technique is safe, easy to use and portable. In experienced hands EFT can bring amazing results to what ever issues you are working on, about 80% of the time, its painless and often works when nothing else has.
